General Return Policy
- We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be purchased directly from our ~Big Bay, Little Bay~ store to be eligible for return.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn and unwashed item, with tags attached, within 20 days of purchase.
- Items must be received by ~Big Bay, Little Bay~ within 20 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
- Items received after 20 days but within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for store credit.
- We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All returned items are inspected upon arrival for signs of wear, damage, or use. If an item does not meet our restocking standards, it will be returned to the customer.
- Refunds and store credits apply to the purchase price of the item only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Tracking information should be retained for all returned items.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email customerservice@bigbaylittlebayclothing.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Final Sale Items
- All sales on discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Defective Items
We take great care to ensure our products meet the highest standards. However, if you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:
- Inspect your items carefully upon receipt.
- If you notice a defect, contact us within 15 days of receipt at customerservice@bigbaylittlebayclothing.com.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund or store credit.
- After approval, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Defective items must be returned to us for a claim to be processed.
- We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or store credits for defective items after 30 days or for items that have been worn or washed.
