At ~Big Bay, Little Bay~, we believe fashion is more than just clothing—it’s about creating cherished moments, celebrating family, and embracing creativity. Our journey began in 2007 when our founder, Deb, designed and hand-painted a pair of shoes to complete an outfit for her son. The unique design caught attention everywhere he went, leading to custom requests and eventually expanding into boutiques and online stores.

Our passion grew within the Omaha fashion community and Omaha Fashion Week, where we found an inspiring network of creatives who share our love for unique, high-quality designs. Dressing children in beautifully crafted outfits brings joy not only to them but to the entire family, and that’s exactly what we strive to deliver through our collections.

The Meaning Behind ~Big Bay, Little Bay~

Despite its name, our brand isn’t about water or the sea. It’s a tribute to family,
resilience, and overcoming life’s challenges.

The name honors two extraordinary men: Big Bay (our founder’s father) and Little Bay (his brother). While Big Bay battled a terminal illness for many years, Little Bay fought courageously and gave his life for our country. They each faced different struggles, but their strength and perseverance remain at the heart of our brand.

create, ensuring our designs reflect quality, craftsmanship, and timeless

Return An Item

Return & Refund Policy:

At ~Big Bay, Little Bay~, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

General Return Policy:

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be purchased directly from our ~Big Bay, Little Bay~ store to be eligible for return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn and unwashed item, with tags attached, within 20 days of purchase.

Items must be received by ~Big Bay, Little Bay~ within 20 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

Items received after 20 days but within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for store credit.

We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival for signs of wear, damage, or use. If an item does not meet our restocking standards, it will be returned to the customer.

Refunds and store credits apply to the purchase price of the item only (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Tracking information should be retained for all returned items.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Defective Items

We take great care to ensure our products meet the highest standards. However, if you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:

Inspect your items carefully upon receipt.

If you notice a defect, contact us within 15 days of receipt at: customerservice@bigbaylittlebayclothing.com

The item must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund or store credit.

After approval, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Defective items must be returned to us for a claim to be processed.

We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or store credits for defective items after 30 days or for items that have been worn or washed.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days unless they are swimwear and accessories. These are made to order, which means they take a bit more time to prepare with care. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing and shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders are shipped within the United States.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start the return or exchange process, please email: customerservice@bigbaylittlebayclothing.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Why was my return request not accepted?

Our return policy requires that all return requests be made within 20 days of purchase, and the item must be received within this timeframe to be eligible for a return. Additionally, items
marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

 Can I add an item to an existing order?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. However, before placing a second order and before your first order has shipped, email: customerservice@bigbaylittlebayclothing.com with your original order number, and we will provide you with a free shipping code for your additional order.

Can I combine shipping costs if I place multiple orders?

Yes! If you place multiple orders within 8 hours of each other, email us at customerservice@bigbaylittlebayclothing.com with your order numbers, and we will combine them and refund any excess shipping costs.

Do you offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale after I purchase it?

We do not offer price adjustments on previous orders.

Can I use more than one coupon per order?

No, only one coupon can be applied per order.
